The Site and the products sold on it are operated by Mauii Sauce, a small-batch sauce maker located in Fargo, North Dakota. Mauii Sauce is the seller and merchant of record for all orders. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never charge you through any other party.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Our sauces are handcrafted food products. We try to describe and photograph them accurately, but colors, flavors, labels, and packaging may vary slightly between batches, and screen colors may differ from the real product.
Allergen & food-safety notice. Our sauces are made in a kitchen that also handles common allergens, which may include soy, wheat/gluten, garlic, and others. Always read the ingredient label on the bottle before use. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, do not rely on the website alone. Our products are food, not medicine — we make no health or medical claims.
Keep refrigerated after opening where the label directs. Use by the date printed on the bottle.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Products are subject to availability and may sell out. If a pricing or description error occurs, we may correct it and cancel or decline any affected order, even after it is placed; if you have already been charged, you will receive a full refund.
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, including if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there was an error. Your order is accepted when we send an order or shipping confirmation.
Payment is due at checkout and is processed by Stripe. By placing an order you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method for the order total, including taxes and any shipping charges.

The Mauii Sauce name, logo, label artwork, product names, photography, and Site content are owned by Mauii Sauce or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission, except as needed to browse and order for personal use.
You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt unauthorized access, or to use it in any way that could harm Mauii Sauce or other users.
The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mauii Sauce disclaims all warranties not expressly stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection or food-safety laws that cannot be waived.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mauii Sauce and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mauii Sauce and its owners from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cass County, North Dakota, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
