The origin

A taste of the islands,
made by hand in Fargo.

It started in a North Dakota kitchen — a love for big island flavor and a stubborn belief that a sauce should make everything on the plate better. No factory, no shortcuts. Just small batches, cooked slow, bottled here on the prairie.

Eight sauces later, you'll find Mauii on grills, in woks, on wings and even in a Bloody Mary — at home, at the markets, and now on the shelf at Hornbacher's and Hugo's.
